Some visitors were pleased regarding the hotel’s location. This hotel is close to the Rijksmuseum, Heineken Experience and other attractions. There are also trams and buses nearby. This accommodation is perfect if you are looking for accommodation in Amsterdam.

Many guests that stayed at Kap were happy with the service they received from the hotel’s staff members. The hotel personnel were described as being hardworking and friendly. Other travellers advised the staff members were happy to give tips regarding the best places to visit in Amsterdam and how to get to them. The front desk staff members in particular were praised by some visitors.

Although some travellers were disgruntled with the breakfast that was served to them, the majority of guests were satisfied with their morning meal. They advised the breakfast had a great taste with plenty of variety including yoghurt, croissants, bread and jam.

A number of guests complained about the condition of the stairs. They advised that the stairs were too steep and narrow. There is no lift in this property and for that reason this accommodation is not suitable if you have mobility issues or if you have a disability.
